M.R.ARSAN is an Ex-General Manager of an International Construction Company, who has assumed responsibility at all levels, in different business units dealing with all process management, resources management, project management and corporate management functions over a period of 30 years.

M.R.ARSAN is ready to undertake or participate the management of an organization as an Interim Manager or Advisor to avoid disruption of its business/works, to contribute to the improvement of the business and/or turnaround in the Construction Sector based on his international know-how and experience built up to date.
