No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN  may co-operate with competent organizations and experts (hereinafter referred to as “the Prospective Project Associates” or "the PPA" as abbreviated) depending on task to be undertaken, subject to the approval of the Prospective Clients.

No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN  will have a “Co-operation Agreement” with the PPA or a “Letter of Intent” from the PPA on a project basis to work together the terms of which are further detailed prior to submission of a proposal and/or before a Contract is signed with a Client.

No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN will not have any any financial benefit out of the services that may be provided by the PPA and he will not be involved in the service if such may effectively be provided by the PPA alone, unless requested by the Prospective Client. 

No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN will undertake and be involved in projects only if he can add value through his own services and whenever required by the Prospective Clients.
